Overclocking is easy on SB you just set the multiplier and find a stable voltage then work your way back until you find the lowest stable voltage for your OC.

Motherboards in the £160 range I would go for the Asus P8P67 PRO/EVO or the Gigabyte UD4.

The rest of the parts looks good, price it all up on other sites first you might get it cheaper else where. I always price my parts up on about 5 different retailers and then just go with the cheapest.

EDIT: just thought as well if it's mainly for gaming you could go with the 2500K and 4GB RAM and use the saved money to get a better graphics card, 560 TI maybe.

ye i will be doing lot of gameing and some photo shop editing and some video editing mostly just wanting realy good system to show off to frends and be good for the future upgrades

will be doing some upgrade in the future like the graphics card and some other things when i have extra mony to spend

+ i will have 2x 22"lcds in dual mod on the system as well

Good choice, the 560 is much better than the 460
