Need [PSU] for new PC build.

GPU: Gigabyte 980 G1
MoBo: Asus Z97-AR
Memory: Kingston Fury 16GB / 1866MHz (HX318C10FBK2/16)
Storage: SSD + 7200 rpm Hard Drive
Cooling: 4x 140mm Case fans + Corsair H110

At the moment I am eying for Corsair AX 860W

I do need a modular PSU.
I will be doing overclocking so I want good quality PSU.
I will expand storage later.
I want to be able to go SLI on 980s in the future.

Please name couple of good brands.

How many way SLI are you looking at? if 2 then 860 is a lil overkill 760 would be adequate.

I swear by corsair, but Seasonic is fine, had a good few silverstone too, but im sure others will comment :)

Should all be fine. Just get a unit that suits your needs/budget :)

850/860 will be plenty for SLI and some headroom, I wouldn't really go much over that myself tbh cause it'd just be silly/ a waste of money.

Errh, most high-end Corsair units (like the AX series) are actually made by Seasonic. The AXi series are done by Flextronics though :)

I think Seasonic and Superflower are definitely the two best OEMs on the market right now.
 
I knew that about Seasonic, and flex, just was typing at silly o'clock lol :) and the superflower was one i just could not remember. (yes i know my tag Alias is remember300)
