New PC build

Hello there!

Hope it's not intrusive, I'd really like to hear some feedback and, maybe, suggestions on improving what I've gathered and possibly saving as much money as reasonably possible.

A few weeks back I started planning on buying a new PC and so far I've gone ahead and chosen most of what I'd prefer and checked their compatibility with the rest of the parts, but I feel like I could still do better and save some more money.

I don't plan on OCing anything, unless, maybe tweaking the graphics card, but keep everything else at stock speeds. Hence I've chosen a B motherboard and a locked processor.

I'm most curious about what kind of PSU I should choose. After using various calculators to check the wattage the system would be using, that's after using all USB ports at 95% load they showed and estimate of 450-460W.
Currently I'm stuck trying to decide which I should go for - the Corsair CS550 550W or RMx 650W. The reason I've chosen these two, is that I can't get an EVGA and my local retailer has a limited supply of certain goods, which is unfortunate.

Anyway, here is my build, I'll also be purchasing a monitor and a keyboard, but those are not that important.
