Need New Headphones, Two Options

I need to pick up some new headphones since I don't have any computer speakers.

Basically I was going to choose between the Corsair:

Or go with the Roccat Kave which is a touch more expensive.

Thoughts? Anyone used both? Both got a great review, just wondering if one is a "better" choice over the other. Tbh I like the "bling of the Kave" but the Corsair has a solid review as well and is cheaper.

For the price, if you're looking for a cheaper model: Plantronics Gamecom Really cannot be beat.

In the higher range, I will never give up my Steelseries 5H V2, it's all opinion of course, but as a gamer i'm 65% comfort 45% sound quality, though the sound quality is wonderful in my opinion, the comfort is amazing. I wear them for hours on end and forget they are there practically. They also just came out with a newer one, which i cannot speak on but reviews i've seen have been good.

Bryan reviewed the Kave not so long ago and still uses it as his day to day cans. He says to date its the best set of headphones he has owned for gaming.

You can pick almost all of their products brand new and fairly well priced on ebay, i've checked a couple of times.

Yeah I found their stuff on ebay, not sure how I feel about shipping it from HK...

I've personally never had any issues, and i've gotten quite a few things from HK. Most recently I got the Senheiser Headset desk hanger/clamp. Only cost me 20$, came in original packaging and was quality.

Read their feedback, should always give you a solid indicator of how they do business.

Well I got the Corsair's and well they hurt my ears (right ear cup presses against my ear, left side is fine, go figure).

The Kave's finally came in stock at a US dealer so I ordered those today, should have them by weekend so I'll let you all know how they go!

uhhh excuse me but HOLY SHIT.

The Kave's are amazing. Absolutely amazing. Music sounds great and there are a lot of subtle sounds you dont pick up with cheap headphones.

Love the Kave's over the HS1s I was using which were lauded as the best 5.1 headset for ~100 bucks, the sound is just overall better.

Incredible!

If you can find these, totally worth it.
