Just though I would share some recent good news about an RMA.

I just got back my RMA from Mushkin for a set of Redline XP4000 UT modules that died on me a while back, the old ones done 255HT at 2-2-2-6 before burning in.

The RMA replacment modules that arrive are the new type with the fancy new spikey heatsreader and new redline logo, these new heatsreader allow the ram to run slightly cooler than I remember the old ones doing when at the same voltage.

Out of the box these new modules went straight upto 266HT without any errors in memtest 86:D, this was also achieved using a bit less volts than the old ram at 3.41, I will be burning these new modules in on a Dfi Expert board at this voltage and setting over the next few week and running a lot of benches on these and my VX4000 to see which gives the best performance, the loser will be sold.

Also the Mushkin RMA procedure was one of the best I have delt with and once the returned modules where with them it took only 2 days before they sent out the new set to me via next day Fedex delivery from the US.

Its good to see that it is possible for an RMA to go smoothly and without any delays, Dfi take note.
