Thanks guys. Its my first fan crimp and soldering is becoming easyer aswell. I am not planing to stop modding so there will be more from me

I've finnished two fan extensions. I'm about to make more leds next.

One is longer then the other but its because i need two different lenghts.

Made 10-12 more leds. UV, White, blue, orange. Was going to make some in amber but ppc's had sent me green ones instead. Will sleeve these later. Im a bit amazed how mutch quicker i do this now. Experience really helps

Edit: PPC's have sent me amber leds in express mail. Great suport

Thanks. I've ordered 100m 26awg wire so il make more later and in future modds.

Yeah i guess you could call it a lot of different things. Wish i had a garage or a hubby room

Great to see that ppl do something by themselves and do it properly. Not just buy ready LEDs, but make a proper ones, with proper wiring and soldering! This rig will serve for ages!

These are called 'Helping Hands' had a quick look, I have seen them on Amazon for as little as £3.50 how durable they are though i dont know.

Thanks guys. Sorry for late reply ive been sleeping all day/evening because i work nights shifts. The "helping hand" is a must if you going to solder wire/cables. I've done a litle soldering without it and it was a total PITA!

Some sleeving in progress. Meassured out, and same lenght on all the heatshrinks and sleeving. Gonna sleeve the on/off/reset controller aswell. Im on painkillers atm but i dont know if i can get some cable management done in the housing. I might wait a few days with that. The battery on the cam died but il be back with more in an hour or so.

what size of heatshrink tube do u use for covering each cable? I find the 3mm ones r too big for seperate wires
