My first full built rig and my first OC

Hello everyone, i just recently built my first full rig and overclocked it yesterday. I have been testing it and its very solid. Im very happy atm. lol

AMD 1090t 4.250g on all six core with 1.45v. Temps have not gone over 37c with my amazing Noctua nh-d14 in my Antec df-85 case. Great air flow.

multi is at 17 with 250 bus

don't use core temps those temps are bs...

16c ?? does that seem realistic???

use hwmonitors cpu temp..

i like to use speedfan with desktop gadget...

nice overclock though...

i would definitely recheck temps under prime..

Thanks, yea im using Speedfan. I just put that coretemp to show all 6 cores. Its running very cool with the noctua.

WTF? 4.2OC and temps 19C even if it’s idle it can’t be or you live on the north pole, game outside? RUN prime and then add a screenshot

Ill take another screenshot when i get home, im leaving in a min. But i played metro 2033 for about 4 hours last night and it never got over 37c. At max settings.

Awkwardly your 560 Ti is in idle 53°C but your cpu is only 19°C. Room temperatures are?

I had the fan speed on auto on the gpu. When I play games I put it on manual and can keep the gpu really cool.

Wow that chip runs cool but it seems a bit unrealistic, exept when you have you're room temperature around freezing.. maby something is wrong with the cpu's diode?

nope AMD's do run cool

specially if you have a good hsf. MIne stays very cool as well but I havent pushed it that high yet. Also he may have the fans on full V's Mine gets down to thye low teens at 1.365v's and 3.8GHz oc. But I dont have multi's above 14 and anything above 267fsb slamms my cheap ram. And my oc is on an el-cheapo 92mm tower hs kind of a copy of the cooler master one. I'm going DH-14 soon with a better mobo and ram and we'll what temps I get

I actually changed it and im running at 4.125g and after an hour of prime im at 43c max cpu temp, (not core temp)
