first my setup is only 4 days old

OS windows 8.1
Motherboard MSI Z87 GD65 bios v1.5
GPU msi gtx 780 ti gaming (stock overclock)
CPU i7 4770k stock setting
RAM corsair CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R (XMP setting)
sound card asus ROG Xonar Phoebus - (doesnt get recognised by bios but its outputting sound and runs normal)
SSD 840 evo 1tb (game disk) and pro 128gb (OS disk) and 512gb (media disk)
PSU corsair ax860i
Cooling corsair h100i, and im using corsair link to control my fans but im having trouble getting it to run in W8.1

1st issue
when i boot my pc 99, 9C and A2 is shown on my screen, sometimes it takes over a minute before the msi logo is shown if i dont use msi fast boot or fast boot it takes longer time. sometimes usb devices have failed to respontd to enter bios 5 times out of 50 times, windows allways starts in 6-8 sec. i have tried to remove my keyboard and mouse and usb key but not any internal usb cables and the same 99 9c and a2 is shown

2nd issue
i have tested my cpu, gpu, ram and ssd with cinebench 11.5, atto, aida64 extrem trial, unigine valley and heaven trial no troubles and cooling was very good 1-2 hours after testing i suddenly get a BSOD (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) can be driver or ram related and some time after while im downloading on steam and searching info on the BSOD my OS Disk and RAM suddenly were at 100% load doeing almost nothing cpu and mainboard did run normal it just got 10*c warmer from 32 to 42 must be because of 100% load on the Integrated Memory Controller i closed all running application chrome, steam and origin and taskbar app corsair link, killer network, asus phoebus, razer synapse, nvida geforce expirence and msi fast boot still 100% load on disk and ram a restart worked and i have now cheked my ram with memtest 0 errors and im now only running 1333 stock mhz setting system have now run for 9 hours whiteout any serious load and all looks stable, any idea whats wrong?

It's unlikely that its the motherboard. I have had very similar problems, each time I have found that if it takes a long time for it to get to the BIOS screen then its almost always hardware problem, maybe RAM, or a drive. The BSOD error you posted also heavily points towards a driver problem, which usually means the driver is actually faulty (very unlikely) or the hardware itself is.

When I had this problem it was my Crucial M4 SSD, a firmware update resolved it.

my pc have freezed 2 times since my post here, i have disconnected my 1 ssd os disk, sound card, and corsair link commander and now when i boot bios is stuck on nr 99 a restart and it boots fine but when windows needs to restart stuck on 99 again

I have the same board and have had the same issue..

A2 happens on bootup on mine and the 99 and 9c on shutdown... USB keyboard and mouse wouldn't load in and it was a real pain in the arse getting into bios.

It seemed to be solved (when the K/B worked) and i set my boot priority and made sure my SSD was number 1 in the boot list..

Haven't had it since.

Bios is upto 1.8 i think too.. you might want to give it a go also.

i have removed a usb dongel and now i can boot and much faster, i cant update the bios mflash just frezze my system and msi dont seem to now why

I updated to 1.8 from the desktop software in the box.
The reason I mentioned 8.1 is because I had issues with drivers and general instability. I basically changed the registry setting to unhide non-connected drivers in device manager and removed the lot.
I assume some of the drivers didn't play well on 8.1 but where happy and installed on 8.

Hello i am getting the same problems will not booting right no loading the usb.
I have tide 3 new hdd as you can seen in the bios shot its not looking happy
and its lot powering the fan headers a lll the time i think my board it dead
