MSI R7850 fan rattle
Hey guys
Having a bit of bother with my graphics cards fans. They have developed a slight rattle above 35%. This isn't a huge problem at the moment as the fans sit at 25% unless I'm gaming, when I have my headset on. In the summer though they can go over 35% from things like fullscreen 1080p YouTube videos.
Another problem I'm having is down to afterburner I think, but it causes the fans to make an awful sound. Basically afterburner shoots the fans up to 50% on some start ups, and the grinding sound they make is horrific. Lower them down to 25% and all is well again for the day.
Any ideas or do you guys think I should be looking to get an RMA from Scan? Even though they may not be able to replicate the problem in testing?
