Mozilla prepares for Firefox 3 release

Well its out on a torrent site I use. I got the RC 3 installed so hopefully it should automatically update itself to the full official version itself later?

Thanks for the links BloomerzUK. I am going to get in on this as well.

Getting it down from the Mozilla site now, but god it's slow. going to take about 19 minutes on a fast connection. Oh well at least its coming.

I seriously think the rendering time of this browsing is umpteen times fast than 2.0.XX.

Enjoying the experience so far, especially the new and improved location bar.

yh everything is loading really quick im enjoying it so far only thing i havnt tested yet is loading Flash and java files/videos this is where i used to hate FF2 cos they never used to work for me

Seems a little more stable than the last version I tried (RC2 I think) and overall just seems alot faster.
