Yesterday I got around to replace the two cable ties I had on the pci power cables with mathching lacing, here are the results....

Great job there mate; this is one of the few examples I've seen of people correctly using coloured lighting

Is the fan on the bottom GTX580 a different colour to the top one, or is it really dusty? Also, how come the gromets are sort of patchy grey?

the fan is really dusty Yeah the grommets are kind of arseholes, I don't know mate they are really dirty with some sort of grease, whenever I touch them my hands get all black, they've been like that ever since i bought the case.

Ahh right fair enough, have you ever tried taking them out and cleaning them in soapy water or anything? (The grommets, not the GPUs, I don't think that would end too well ). I just rubbed my fingers on my grommets (that sounds quite dirty) and there's nothing on them so it seems weird they came with that on, oh well. Oh yeah, I have the same case btw, that's why I made the comparison.

I'm sure it's too much effort now it's all cabled up, but next time you're making any modifications I'd give it a shot
