Logitech Has Great RMA

Hi

Just wanted to share my experience I had with Logitech recently. Basically they sent me a new mouse in a week since I first contacted them. Super fast to respond to emails and even asked if it arrived ok.

Saw a few threads recently about some other mouse/keyboard brands having poor and slow support so Logitech is definitely worth a go.
 
I was having trouble with my G29 (Steering wheel) and it took about a week for them to respond to my support ticket initially but from that point forward they were really good.

Now I have a brand new wheel and zero issues (aside from I am bad at driving)

You shouldn't of got them to fix it, then you could blame the wheel
