i know its not my decision, and id love to win..but...
personally, id much rather we got knocked out by playing our actual team, rather than win with mercs. I say if our players are available, let them play, and let the mem guys fill in the gaps. even if we lose, we are going to gain experience, our lads will ahve the chance to play some real good players, and we can move on as a team.
like i said, ins ou do as you want but i just thought id voice my opinion

Ok lads sorry 1st of all for the fire trainig the other night, felt like s**t and had to go to bed for a bit. Im away now until Mon, so gl with training and for the match!!!
Ive added Rig and Phunky to the oc3d roster. If you need me to add more ppl just let me know.
With regards to the debate about getting ppl in for this match, personally I dont mind, as not all of us can commit atm with exams etc. For me ive just finished exams and RL id getting in the way with many different things I have to sort out, and im sure its the same with alot of other members. I also think that these players have a vast experience that we can ALL learn from, to improve us for ED and hopefully Clan Base when we enter it. Well thats just my $0.02. Peace out.

I agree with u dave, but jim and llwyd have already said there not playin to well or wud rarther see Cc loose, so were then back to havin 2 mem guys in, and by the comments Balith has been makin on the LOG forums if we beat them it wud shut that muppet up, and raise the name of the clan

The way I see it the UK^Unit lads will be fully practiced where our core team aren't on form with this map. We face losing to these smug bstards and we won't have a chance to get this close to winning anything for a while, if not ever...

Ok lads, look, this discussion only has two outcomes. We either play with our original team, which for one reason or another isn't prepared enough on this map, or we play the mEm lads.
The reason we are not prepared enough is not because we've been lazy, it's just that it's very difficult to get PCW's on this map. In addition to this, some of the lads have had more important real life matters to attend to, so through no fault of anyones, we're just not quite there on the map.
If this was D2, I'd play the full OC3D squad without question. However all we're proposing is bringing in two players who know the map well, will help develop our tactics and players, plus anyone that doesn't play will stil learn from what we pick up.
How about we make this easy? I'm going to let the team decide what route they want to take. I've already asked Rig to play and I want to give him a 100% answer and not mess him about.
So lets vote. I vote for the mem lads to play cos I wanna show you just how CS should be played

well when i made that last post i didnt realise that most of our team were willingly going to sit on the sidelines. i wont go into how i feel about that lol, but at the end of the day it seems that if our team dont want to play, then you dont have a choice.

Because I've played plenty of high and mid-high games recently, the outcomes of which didnt make any difference to me so really I have very little to gain from this particular match and lots to lose (for the team) considering how i'm playing recently and how over confident and co(ky UkUnit are being. I've not really been part of the LOG thing due to PC problems and like I said earlier, i've not properly played with the team for some time so I don't really feel like I'm even meant to be playing (not at all bitter, just had crap luck with hardware), especially when thrust onto a map I hardly know with a lineup I've not played with for a while.
I just want to see them shut up, I don't care who does it.

Hopefully lol, this motherboard is playing up aswell but i'm still plucking up the arsed-ness to RMA it.
This is just an experiment in my eyes, curious to see what happens. I can see myself getting more pleasure watching than the pressure of playing.... kinda like the reverse of football
