Lapping a thermaltake w1

hi, because i bought a new pump, i dont have enough money for a waterblock. i have a thermaltake w1 waterblock and i was thinking if it was worth lapping? i can get a lapping kit of ebay for £3 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=120422377388.

will it improve the block? or will it still be TTcrap?

I'd reccomend saving the £3 lapping kit ontop of the tenner and camping for sale forums (OC3D, OCN, novatech etc etc) waiting for someone to clearout their W/Cing kit.

I picked up a fuzion v1 for £14.50 shipped.

and feel free to sig that.

£10 isn't gonna get you a good waterblock. Save your money, sell your W1, save for a while and get a decent, new block

its an alphacool nexxos bold block comes with pushpins (but no barbs!) just want a fiver for the p+p( will upload a pic in a min!!)

note to admin: please note i am not selling i am giving it away for free!! just they need to sort out the postage

i am not sure of the blocks capability (never used it) as i have bought an apogee gtz!!
