Just got a BSOD

I've been getting random BSOD during playing a game, in particularly GTA5. It doesnt happen often but it has happened multiple times now that its starting to bug me.

I was literally just playing GTA, no more than 1hr and then a BSOD out of nowhere.

I managed to get a picture of it:

After it booted again, checked event viewer and took this picture:

Can somebody help me, I dont really know what i really need to be looking for. Nor do i know how to open and look through a .dmp file.

I can upload the .dmp file if someones willing to have a quick look at it.

0124 is cache related - if your CPU is overclocked its probably that

Yes Tom, it is. It's running 4.0GHz at 0.983v

It's strange that this happens though cause i very recently tested it with OCCT for around 40mins and it had no problems :S

So what do i do to rectify it, just stick little bit more juice in?

Cant really say just put more juice in.

Something isnt happy though so it wasnt 100% stable and without knowing a full spec and BIOS setting breakdown Id be blind

All i've really done is:

Put the memory into XMP - 16GB 1866 Dom Plats(4x4GB - CMD8GX3M2A1866C9)
Put the CPU freq into Sync All Cores and set it to 40.
Set the vCore into Manual mode and set it to 0.983v

That is all i've done, it's been "stable" for the past year. I've only really started encountering BSOD's again the last 3 months or so.
Last time i was having trouble with BSOD's was about a year ago, when my system was a year old, and the vcore was then set to 0.982v IIRC. I resolved that issue by bumping it up to 0.983v, which is what it is now. Ofcourse i did the whole shibang of going up to .9825 then .xx75 and eventually stable on .983v

Full system spec are in my sig but here it is anyway:
i7 4770k 4Ghz @ 0.983v
Asus Z87 Sabertooth, BIOS version 2103
16GB(4x4) 1866Mhz CL9 Dom Plats, set at XMP mode in BIOS
2x EVGA GTX 780 SC, absolutely bone stock
Corsair AX750

I was randomly having that issue as well. Happened shortly after an Nvidia driver update. Deleted the driver and did a clean reinstall and it solved my issue.
 
A 40min test with OCCT is nearly not enough to know if everything is stable ;) a test can be running fine no prob and bsod 2 hours in, that's why many recommend a 24hr stress test before an overclock can be called stable
 
stress tests are fine for a general test. but BSoD during game play is pretty straight forward sign of instability.

there are some games that will find instability faster than others so its always good to have those laying arround for testing..
3dmark vantage used to be pretty good at finding instability.
I use stress tests more as a temperature guide rather than a be all and end all stability test.
