I gonna get liquad cooling and some led lights to jazz it up

Is my PC build looking good or not any tips
 
IMO, you need to change all of it, for the best price vrs proformance.

CPU i5 2500k. k stands for unlocked and unleashed, a few bumps and your at 4.2ghz

MOBO any gen 3 motherbord, they have support for up and coming ivry bridge cpu's and pci-e 3. if you don't then you will not be future proff.

RAM G-skill 1600mhz 8gb's for £38, cheap as chips.

HDD £140 is to much, Get an ssd corsair 120gb for £120 and when problems in tiland are sorted, 1 tb hdd will be back down to the £50 mark.

I agree on those suggestions. The hdd prizes is said to be back to normal in 1 year approximately. He/she could start of with SSd and maybe a second hand hdd until prizes falls?
 
Yep, for the time being get a 120GB SSD and a small HDD for temporary storage. Once prices normalize (although, you may be waiting for over a year) get a 1TB+ drive. However, if you can justify the current HDD prices, then by all means get one and buy another later on
