IPS vs Normal

looking for a new monitor, don't know whether getting IPS is worth it, if you are using a 23" LED LCD 1080p monitor, also, what contrast ratio type should i use with dynamic vs typical

What are you using the monitor for? Are you wanting a 23" 1080p?

Get IPS...

Look at either Iiyama or LG for 23 inch.
If you want to spend a little more get a Dell.

soory, forgot to say what i would use it for,
it's for gaming and design work
design work as in photoshop and maybe video editing/animation

well 22"+ but 22" min and i want the size to go with the other monitor which is 22"
