I like the GSII screen, but I would by no means call it better. The colors bleed and the resolution is crap for the size of the screen, and it's less that of the iPhone 4.

I didn't say it was better. I was just talking about contrast and brightness dude. I have no problems of which you speak of (color bleeding) and for me the resolution is perfectly fine

I don't like small displays were I can see the pixels, it just seems so ugly in comparison to the iPhone. Also if you want to see some color bleed, put a VERY bright blue on a pitch black background and turn the brightness up all the way. It's an issues all AMOLED displays have still.

Ok. I will try that, but I'm not that anal about little problems like that. As long as the screen looks good to me I don't really care how it looks with the brightness all the way up. I have the brightness at 30 - 40% because 100% is too much dude.

Oh yea!! The brightness on the galaxy phones are AMAZING, it's like they have a moon and a sun setting lol. The only reason I am so anal is because I am using my phone and other displays do often to we're little things like that start to bug me. Its gotten to the point to we're I can see the difference between 59hz and 60hz displays in seconds.

It's becoming a curse I think because Perfectly nice phones and other devices become horrendously unatracrive. And example being I will never own another android again (other than the os) but because of the scree alone. Which is why I am hoping the psvita will look nice.

You will be disappointed dude. It's a 5.0 inch screen with a 960 x 544 resolution which is less than an iPhone 4. From the videos it looks awesome though.

Galaxy SII's display has high saturation and contrast, so it's never going to win any colour accuracy competitions, but it's godly bright and is quite stunning. The lower res is probably the achilles heel of the phone though, and the plasticy parts, that's about all I can really fault.
A case on the 4/4s is a must. My case should be here by Wednesday, hopefully I can keep from dropping the phone until then.

I went with the OtterBox Commuter series. I wanted something that wasn't too bulky, but offered decent protection. I liked my Apple bumper, but it scratched the hell out of the metal band on my iPhone 4 and literally fell apart.
