Doing CompTIA A+ at the mo and i would like some help with ip classes

is this correct?

Class---Example---Bits---Network Bits---Host Bits---SubNet

A---126.0.0.0---0xxx---8---24---255.0.0.0

B---172.16.0.0---10xx---16---16---255.255.0.0

C---192.22.22.0---110x---24---8---255.255.255.0

so a A Class address Would be : 82.47.69.145
