intel wireless code 10 driver

Hi I own a asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac and the blue-tooth has stopped working, I get the error 10 code and says STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

I have restarted the pc
disabled the driver than re-enabled it, that didn't work
so I updated drivers, didn't work
un-installed driver than reinstalled with a updated driver. still didn't work
did the same again but re-installed with a older driver and that did not work.

I have rolled back a version of windows 10 and that didn't even work

Works perfectly under live version of ubuntu so go figure

Starting to get a tad peeved off as I use my blue-tooth with my xbox one s controller

is there anything I have missed??

reinstalled windows 10 this time didnt upgrade to creaters edition, still no luck ...seems like this is a common fault with no real fix...not a happy bunny

It will probably need a bios update.
