Hey All,

First time posting here so I hope I'm doing this properly. The reason for my build is to create a PC which suits my needs as a gamer and for my everyday needs and uni work. I'm currently on a laptop and I'm fed with with it as its not the greatest. I will be using The HDD from my laptop in the build as I don't have a lot of money and where I live (New Zealand) Parts are expensive and take a while to arrive. I want to know what you guys think about this and is there anywhere I can save money I'm pretty sure about the components especially the case and graphics card.

I will be ordering my parts tomorrow:
- Intel 4770 CPU
- Asus Z87M - plus Motherboard
- Corsair Vengence LP 8GB (2x4)
- Corsair HX750 PSU
- Corsair Obsidian 350D
- ASUS GTX670-DC2T
- AOC 24 inch Slim Monitor

Any reason your getting a HX750 and not a AX760 i know its a bit more pricey but full modular is worth it imo and that motherboard makes it a little hard to have a PC colour scheme that works unless you already thought of a way to incorporate the gold into your scheme besides that looks ok

Make sure that's a 4770*k*, you want an unlocked CPU in order to OC

So quick update on on the parts I ordered, changed last min.

- i5 4670k
- H87m pro
- muskin frost bytes 8 gb
- Asus 7850 3gb v2

Reasons for the changes I'm trying to keep the build under 1800 NZD. And have enough to start upgrading in about 2 months.
