I just got my CrossFlow comp running with the 8800GTS. I cant believe the difference. I was playing FEAR and its like a different game, what a beautiful card.:worship:

Now I REALLY cant wait till DX10.

I had a pair of 7600GTs in SLI, than I won a XFX 7950 Extreme but the 7600s did much better in 3DMark05,06 so I sold the 7950. Than I got a X1950Pro that looked beautiful but kept Overheating and causing BSODs so back it went.

Now with the 8800 I set everything on Ultra and I can see so much more and I can barely hear the fan.

I was thinking about 2 in SLI but I am using a AMD X2 4200 and a 20" screen so I thought it might be a waste.

Hell no. It's dx10 so your future proof, it costs £160ish, will improve all your games and... IT's just good.

my x1800 broke tho so newegg was cool and gave me a refund cuz they didnt carry the card anymore!!!

im in need to play more games, and it came with dark messiah for free i cant wait to CSS it again :ar:
