mate... just attach yourself to the rad with an medium that conducts electricity. Thats more than safe. if you want u cud take ur clothes off to avoid any chances of static (oh and do it outside so u dont build static on the floor)

i am happy with my setup thankyou very much. The gloves are really just for spreading the thermal paste, which is what they will be best for. Thanks guys!
