High CPU voltages.

I have got my cpu running at stock (Phenom II 1090t)

When i open CPU-Z it states the voltage is 1.448v.

This seems like far too many volts for a stock 1090t. The mobo settings are at auto, What voltage would you suggest for stock and what would you suggest for 4ghz? Using my H80 for cooling

1.448v sound good for 4ghz. look at my top sig.

as long as temps are fine then you shouldnt really be concerned there are people that go even beyond 1.5v to get those clocks :3
