Probably better off that way anyhow tbh with a smaller budget.
yeah mate. think i may put a itx kaveri rig idea his way, as i think i am going to be building on for another mate sometime in the near future too. an i am personally interested to see how it would perform, just going to look up itx cases now ^_^
good shout waiting for kaveri i think. from what i have read kaveri should be a great budget gamer, i really look forward to seeing what overclockers can get that thing to do.
yeah i think its what will give him best performance out of the money he wants to put to it, been geeking out an looking up parts for him an this is what i have so far:

just not sure what speed ram, as its going to be crossfired with the R7 260x, i think i should probable get the fastest
looks like good choices so far, that being said that may change closer to the time.
i imagine the kaveri flagship will crossfire properly with the r7 260x, given they both are recently designed chips and both should have Trueaudio, again what gpu is supposed to properly crossfire with the apu will be known closer to the time.
As for ram i imagine it will be like Trinity and Richland with fast ram helping performance by a good margin.
We will need to wait until the apus are released and reviews are out before any real recommendations can be made. ATM this is mostly speculation
The Kaveri GPU is equivalent to a 7750. I would assume crossfire up to a 7770 would work since they are based on the same core.
