help with real v10

howdy folks,

i just purchased a 14.95 a month subscripton for access to their news streams

the player works fine but the problem is when i get to the logon screen @ the start up of real.. the login window is completed grayed out and blank

so , all i can do is play music that is only alllready stored on my hD

any ideas on how to fix this problem?

i know im not worried about the music i want the news webcasts!!

b4 i got real... i used winamp but real player produces a much clearer crisp sound than winamp

Hi Saturn I'm just guessing but it may have something to do with either codecs, firewall or maybe even plugins. Have you changed Browser? Are you running through a firewall/router? For RealPlayer to work with your browser, you need to have the proper plug-ins installed on your computer. If you switch to a different browser or install a newer version of your browser, the live stream may stop working. Try reinstalling the RealPlayer software using your new browser. Install the browser first. Then, go to the Real site using that browser and download the software, and your browser will get the correct plug-ins. Check out a couple of these sites I found, they may assist.

Please show me a post where Austin has resorted to a person attack that has not already been dealt with, and i assure you that it will be.
