I'm having trouble running my ram at 2000mhz tried so many settings and none seem to work

currently got them running at 1600mhz 6-7-6-18 would i notice alot of difference if i was able to get them to run at the speeds they are meant to and any ideas what i could try to get them upto speed? thanks

You won't really see any difference. When you say difficulties, what do you mean. Try dropping the timings to something like 9-9-9-24, then dropping the divider to get them to the 2000MHz. What voltage are you running the RAM at? 1.64 may be needed, as may a bump in the VTT.

What is the SPD on that memory? note: not that that is always correct....

but as said lower the timmings those are pretty tight IMO...

yeah i have them set at default of 9-9-9-24 wouldnt try anything lower lol, voltage wise been trying 1.65, if i increase it to 1.67 it can boot to windows but crashes.

shadow im not sure what spd means sorry

also tried using the xmp profile but no luck

ok got it working and seems stable but we will see, all i did was disable load-line calibration

just ran 3d mark vantage and it has taken scores down by 1000? hmmm

If you use CpuZ you can see the SPD timmings given by the manufactory.

Also don't try to go any higher on the memory Voltage, not recommended...
