Help with my ATi 5550?

Hey guys,

I am currently trying to set up my less powerful computer to fold. It has an AMD X4 635 quad with an small ATi 5550 I added for shits and giggles. But when I start up F@H gpu it says that my graphics card is not supported, contradicting what is in the F@H website which states 5xxx ati cards are supported.

Can anyone help me out? Is there a specific client I need to download for ATi? Perhaps I downloaded the one for nvidia cards.

I am planning on building a decent folding rig once I have my main rig up and running, this is just to test things out. I can run the cpu client just fine.

are you using the tracker?

IMO u wont get many points on that ATI card so it wont be worth the electric.

What card do you recommend I get? under $200 please.

a gtx 460 768mb version and then overclock the beast.

put ut this way a ati 5970 does 11+ PPD the 460 when overclocked does the same
