Full display black screen/game hangs on 2080 ti.

Hello, I am writing into you guys today because I have had an ongoing issue that keeps randomly rearing its ugly head. When I play most games, sans League of Legends for some reason, mid game my system will just fully lock up. Audio will either cut out, loop, or sometimes fade into a long eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee sound while the screen remains frozen. I do not get a BSOD or anything, it just fully locks up the screen. Even in event viewer I do not get much information to go off of besides the following error codes. I am genuinely stumped at this point on what to do so I am turning to you guys for some help here.

Event 41, Kernel Power
Event 2, Kernel-EventTracinbg

When you get black screen are you able to get back into windows or do you have to do a force shutdown of PC ?

No it just fully locks up the system. Black screen is kind of the incorrect way to say it. It more just locks the current thing on my screen and the whole system freezes. No crash, no ability to return to windows, nothing. I have to hard restart.

Sounds like voltage issue or heat issue to me, I would run HWINFO64 and log all values to a .txt file so you can see what was happening on the system before the crash.

mixture of OC on CPU and memory had similar issues back on the R1700 I used depending on if 2 or 4 sticks if 4 then back them off a little as there are different recommendations between the sets.

So, mild update. Defaulting the profile worked for awhile but now it is back to this behavior. However, it has slightly changed. Now I will be playing a game and things will seem normal until suddenly some applications start to not function correctly. They will start to not have their UI be responsive, clicking things does nothing. For awhile windows will persist and I can attempt to close things but nothing will happen. If I try and cntrl alt delete nothing will happen and then all that works is moving my mouse around. Ive tried repairing the OS a few times with syscan but its not doing much, if anything. So I am thinking I need to go ahead and swap out some hardware. I already got a new motherboard, cpu, and ram set so I am good there. Should I try my PSU? I have a like, 2019ish era Rm850x so I am trying to see what I should change this out for.

So I did this and got a log from it at the time of the crash. Sadly, it would only save to a csv file but I found a viewer for it. I cannot seem to notice anything too abnormal in the log but I am noticing something concerning. Despite most of my GPU's temps reading normal it was saying my hotspot was hitting 95c at the time of crash. As well some GPU power anomalies kind of? I am not too sure what I am looking at, or supposed to be looking for, so I am still unsure if I found my cause or not.
