i need help with my ati drivers please any one

i installed the new 10.3's and my computer would get stuck on the windows boot screen so i went into safe mode to uninstall.I then went and tried to install the 10.2's and it says that the drivers are up to date and wont install them i have run driver sweeper but ot still wont let me install any others does anyone have any ideas

Possible for System Restore?

Remove registry entries?

for some reason its only showing the one restore point which wast the original driver instlation
