quite a system you got going there mate,

I think the Antec is better, it marginally beat a 700w version of the thermaltake.....

just done the calculator and it stated in sli i would need 780w psu but as i currently do not have an sli setup (sometime in the future) i think an 850w psu would be perfect.

See what reviews are about on the 2 PSUs that you are considering. They should help you make your mind up.

thx for the reply m8

the only problem is that i read somewhere that components had been changed from the 700w toughpower psu's and the 850w> psu's and i can not seem to find a a good comparison between the the antec and toughpower at 850w

if anyone has tested the or tried the two any help would be majorly appreciated

worst things is both of the psu's have recieved amazing reviews and makes it even hardter to to choose also i do not think they have been compared...

how can i contact jim?

cheers

I'd go with the Toughpower personally. Why? Mostly because the Quattro has a rather noisy 80mm fan and fewer modular connectors than the Toughpower.

In terms of performance they are both great units.
