Help me choose a new camera

I'm looking for a new camera for build log and general use, I got a few recommendations

1) Canon PowerShot SX400

2) Nikon Coolpix L340

3) SONY Cyber-shot DSCH300B

I've given up on looking for a new monitor but do need a better camera them my HTC One M7...

my budget is around £100, if there are better cameras for that budget please let me know, thanks in advance for any advice given

Fuji Finepix S8900, I have one of it's older siblings can't remember which ATM but it is a great camera for the money not sure how much it will cost you over there but worth the look
