Help for build gaming PC

Hi guys!

I need some help because I'm on a budget... So these PC it's going to be for playing Guild Wars 2 and Counter Strike: Source, watch some videos and using the internet... So what I want is a PC where I can play Guild Wars 2 at maximum settings whith the smallest amount of money possible...

If you want to spend the smallest amount of money your best bet is an APU build, here's a quick one:

CPU: AMD A10 5800K
MOBO: MSI FM2-A55M-E33
PSU: 430W Corsair CXM
HDD: 500GB WD Caviar Blue
CASE: Fractal Design Core 1000
MEMORY: 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz (APUs like high speed memory)

Comes out to about £275
EDIT:
At 1080p on medium settings you'll get around 45fps in Guild Wars 2 and you'll have no problem with CS: Source, maybe even at max settings.

See my edit, I'll do you a build to play it at maximum if you want but it will cost a fair bit more. It will have to be tomorrow though cause I'm off to bed.

Go with what I put above but replace these parts:

CPU: AMD FX 4300
MOBO: MSI 970A-G46
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 560 Ti or AMD Radeon 7850 depending on your preference, the 7850 performs better but some people have a preference for Nvidia because of CUDA, PhysX etc.
PSU: 520W Seasonic M12II-520 or S12II-520 (The M one is the modular version)

It will come out to be quite a bit more expensive, Guild Wars 2 is a lot more demanding that you would think.
