I can boot into safe mode, i had this issue with all drivers after 13.1 i normally have to reinstall windows, why wont any AMD driver apart from 13.1 work?

Last time i buy AMD!

Fist download the 13.5 driver and then uninstall your current drivers manually. Restart then go install 13.5 drivers. Done. Don't get mad at AMD for what seems to be a bad install process. Do not boot into safe mode when installing AMD drivers. It will not install and tell you driver detection not found.

TBF mate Ive installed and uninstalled loads of their recent drivers, so it must be a problem with either your rig or something thats in it.

This isnt that common a problem, so rather than just blaming AMD why not try and work out what the problem is.......

Have you tried booting into safe mode? Or using on board graphics if you have them?

I know your trying to help but please read my posts before posting I said I can boot into safe mode.

Think its going to be a reinstall of Windows and back to 13.1 driver

I don't know what it could be even after a format and install of windows anything higher than 13.1 just gives bsod.

And what Im saying is Ive used that driver and a few youve not had yet and had no problem dude.

if its driver based it doesnt like something else in your rig but Id have money on it being the gpu failing or something else in the rig dieing causing what looks like GPU issues.

Exactly what i said, but he ignored me lol

Anyway it could be a motherboard issue since you now can't even boot or my second guess would be ssd/hdd failures.

If th GPU was failing why would it only bsod on some drivers. Every time I reinstall windows and install 13.1 or earlier and its fine 13.1+ and its bsod every 5 minuets.

I've looped 3dmark11 on 13.1 for hours without any stability issues.

Well there are plenty of people running drivers after 13.1 and the most recent Beta ones with no probs. If this was a common problem, as in the drivers, then more people than you would be having it.

Like Tom said, he has used all the drivers multiple times and had no problems, the same with nearly everyone else.

There must be something wrong with something else, it can't be just the drivers.

Well from my experience it wasn't always like that. I had three or four glaring issues with my 7970. Each time I upgraded the drivers one thing would be fixed, but another broken. I hung in for six months before throwing in the towel.

I'm not saying you're wrong, far from it, I'm just pointing out that some of the beta drivers are worse than the previous versions.

Just a case of someone taking the easy option to blame someone, youre going to the effort of re installing when actually...... it may be a hardware issue.

If it won't boot into safe mode then it's usually an indication that Windows is completely borked.

Safe Mode doesn't load any drivers (side stepping hardware faults) and uses a very small amount of memory.

It's probable that OP has borked his registry or something of that ilk.

Edit. It could even be hard drive/SSD failure. The only time I've ever seen BSODS before Windows loads was when

1. I had a dead SSD.
2. When I switched out my motherboard and it couldn't use the SATA controller (BSOD at the spinning logo thinger).

Safe mode DOES boot only when normal boot does it bsod

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode then use Driver Sweeper to clean out everything then restart to Windows? Once in Windows, download and install the new drivers. Also pull the GPU out and then reseat it. I know that doesn't make sense and shouldn't fix anything but it's worth a try. I've fixed things before by unplugging them and then plugging them back in.
