HELP AMD strikes again

Best thing to do if you have problems with a beta driver is to report them to amd so that you at least know that they know. That way you can see if they rectify the issue.

In any case, I've used ati/amd cards from the very first radeon way back in 2001 and not actually had a single driver issue up until this 13.5 release. (a minor bug with far cry 3 and my display) I've only used 2 nvidia cards in that time and not had any issues there either. I think a lot of the problems stem from software incompatibilities on the system and possible hardware problems. Maybe I've just been lucky.

Just because you are having issues does not mean you should completey drop kick AMD in the nuts. You are trying beta drivers; not OFFICIAL drivers. They are always problems with beta drivers(nvidia too). Stick with 13.1 and once the next official one comes out then try it. Or just actually install correctly and that will almost always solve a problem unless the driver is that bad.

Then don't use it? Try 13.6 already instead of just complaining about nothing working except 13.1...

Touch wood 13.6 seems stable and has solved the avi video play back issues.

I only have a single 7950 but with 13.5 my FPS was so bad! Cleaned it all up and tried 13.4 and just got constant failure, I could get 10 minutes game play at the most so I cleaned up and went back to 13.1 which are fine. AMD have some serious power in their cards and the prices are low but wow their drivers suck! GTX 780 for me next.

For me personally 13.1 was perfect, both 13.4 and 13.5beta was not so nice to me but since 13.6beta, everything is good. Also NeverBackDown, you should read before you start accusing me of just complaining about beta, I had issues with 13.4 also, not just beta as previously stated. Maybe some cards just don't respond the same way, that is all I can put it down to.

Thank god for 13.6. Also, in the future I am making sure I stick to reference PCB just to make sure.

BSOD started again went nearly 3 weeks without one then they start happening every hour or so god im going nvidia next time.
