Have i used the wrong paint for the Case

Hey guys

First real question post here

So i was making an "new" old pc for some friends, and decided i wanted to give the old case i had lying around a little facelift. So i took it apart and wanted to paint it black, so i had this black spray paint lying around from back a couple of years when i was doing some model painting (games workshop warhammer stuff), so i figured, if this can be used to paint tin / plastic models, might aswell work for pc cases.

But now im getting second thoughts after painting it, i feel kinda dizzy when putting things into the case and it still smells of the spray paint.

So what are your thoughts, will this case be safe to use or should i throw it out of the window (taking the hardware out first ofc) ?

first of all that is a primer/under coat and not a finish layer so i bet it looks naff 2nd your probably dizzy because you did not have good ventilation in the room you was painting in if the finish looks ok get some proper car paint and warm the can up first in warm water and go over the case in long controlled strokes not keeping your finger on the nozel but on then off at the end of each stroke and it should look a hell of a lot better

no i would not of thought so lol just make sure its 100% dry if your a bit worried
