Decrease the temperatures?

Depends how loud you're prepared to have them.

You could get Noctua NF-F12/P12s or Corsair SP Performance.

Have you tried running your current fans at full speed off molex?

quieter=warmer temps

the included H60 fan is a lower output (2000rpm/54cfm/2.36mm/h2o/30.85dbA)
SP120L 4-pin PWM thats included in the H100i/80i (2700rpm/77cfm/3.3mm/h2o/37.68dbA)
unless you can manage a higher static and maintain or greater cfm for lower dbA
one of the requirements you desire is going to suffer.

Yea it's not really about the fans really - it's the fin density on the radiator. More air = more noise. So it is a straight noise for heat trade off.

Okay, thanks. So as noise is the main factor that i want to eliminate or lower then what fan should i purchase?

not to rip on your purchase, but you are kinda defeating the purchase of
the kit by replacing the fan(s) for the noise value for a more expense over
a better air-cooler youd been better off purchasing an air-cooler and getting
better performance and the quiet factor in the likes of the NH-D14, TC-14,
or silver arrow.

getting 3°-8° warmer temperatures puts it into the air-cooler class of
performance. and tying up more money in the overall purchase. have you tried
to under-volt the included fans yet?
