gtx 680 multi monitor issue(please help)

hi i just bought an asus gtx 680 direct cuii oc card. i installed it and it was great for two days untill it stopped working with multi monitors. i returned it and recieved a replacment. upon installing it i still have the same issue. i am trying to power the monitors through a hdmi and twi dvi cables... does anyone have any suggestions or idea to fix this as i have run out of options... i will be buying new cables tomorrow to hopefully fix the issue.

Seems more like a windows setup problem , if it IS a "problem" tho...
is one screen NOT working.. stays black ?

no, my two outer monitors are black.. and do not show up in windows display manager window.

Have you properly enabled nvidia 2d surround in the control panel?

Sorry mate just woke up or just turned myself to the computers...
under Set Up Multiple Displays, (NvidiA control panel)

does it also states the screen black or can you see them properly ?
so Screen 1/2/ etc....

Have you also tried 2 screens? if that works , so without the HDMI port...
