Another vote here for Gigabyte GTX 580 Super Over Clock.

3x windforce fans are very very quiet. Plus it has 855mhz core clock from factory (bumped upto 930 on Afterburner with no voltage changes). Performs very well. Waiting for them to get a bit cheaper before i buy my 2nd one.

The Gigabyte GTX 580 Super Over Clock is indeed an excellent card. I love the windforce fans.

By how much do your frame rates/temperature increase with the overclock.

To be honest its not something i checked out, i bumped it up when i got crysis 2 and never really compared before and after.

I just got Metro 2033 and the visuals are pretty aweseme, i can do a check on that game with fraps tomorrow when i play it.

I'm only asking because I want to overclock my 580. I'm new to overclocking and I just want to know if the overclock is worth it.

I've been busy with OC'ing my CPU but i will try and give you a result tomorrow night as i will hopefully start gaming again, provided everything runs smoothly.
