GTX 280 voltage ?

I've been looking around the internet and I figured out that the default voltage on GTX 280 is 1.188mV,but on mine (XFX) its 1.200 (at least it says so in MSI Afterburner).I tried to set it manually to 1.188 but every time I start the MSI Afterburner,it shows 1.200 again ? Is this normal or should I be concerned ? I even checked the "force constant voltage" and I put it at 1.188,but still after the reset it goes to 1.200...

Make sure you have "Apply changes after restart" or whatever it is ticked?

Yep that was checked but it still goes to 1.200.I tried using EVGA Precision but that wont even let me control the voltage,it says that the device is not supported (probably cause gtx 280 is ancient lol )

edit : downloaded the separate voltage tuner and it does show the voltage of 1.18mV when I'm in game,no idea why msi afterburner kept saying its 1.2.
