Grey screen

hi,

Ive had it happen twice today where the pc random goes to a grey screen and stays there the pc is unresponsive and the only way to get out of it is to hold down the power button to turn it off, i was just web browsing both times it happened.

Note just happened again after pc being on for 2 minuets

check the event viewer in admin tools...
could this be also linked to a couple of your other issues from the past?

I had similar symptoms previously and to resolve my issue I went into the advanced power settings and turned off "Link State Power Management" under PCI Express. It might or might not work for you.

It happened to me when gaming though, I forgot to mention.
