The same. I'm thinking I should buy a better PSU. Do you guys/girls think that might help? I have noticed a spike of 127amps. I've also noticed that my CPU is only at 50% ish load on DayZ SA is that right?

Sounds about right to me. It has no CPU optimisation whatsoever.

U can always connect multimeter to 12V rail (by Molex yelllow pin) and check if it's in ATX norm :
+12 VDC ±5% (±0.60 V) +11.40 V to +12.60 V

I'm getting 12.38V. I noticed that the 12v on this PSU is only 54A is that enough.

Stay away from OCZ next time.
I had a OCZ Modxtreme pro 500w psu blow when i flipped the I/0 switch at the back. From then It just kept burning fuses in the plugs and tripping the house circuit breaker evrytime i plugged it in. the psu was only about 4 months old.

The problem now is his 7950 works fine (at 100%) but the card I gave him supposedly runs at only 60% so now I don't know if I should issue a partial refund?

I have had this problem and the only fix was an OS reinstall. Just doing drivers did not fix it.

Sorry for late reply. I have ordered a EVGA Supernova 850W gold, but I'm pretty sure it isn't the 750W OCZ. I'm out of idea's really and could return it. I really don't know what else to try or do.

Nope didn't work and the anti static wristband is starting to inch my wrist big time. I hate that thing.
I don't want to re-install Windows 8.1. I did a sfc/scannow it came back clear.
Can't see it being a bottleneck with an I7 4770K and 16gb fast ram.

Refunded him £20 and haven't heard anything since.

could be due to the preset that came along with the card? maybe to do with the voltage/ocing it too high?
