Good Speakers 200$ max budget

Sup guys, I've been using the Logitech z-2300 speakers for some years now, Recently got a Creative Sound Blaster ZX and want to get some speakers that let me hear with better quality my music, do you got any suggestions?? I listen to music 70% of the time the other 30% I play games, I feel the Bass on the z 2300 does not let me hear all the detail and my mother wants to kill me every time I play a movie haha

Any help will be appreciated, if you can find the speakers on amazon it would be great.

Klipsch pro media 2.1 is about as good as you'll get, but unless you have like a Xonar sound card you are not doing them justice.

Do you want something ''fun'' sounding, or something a little more clinical..?

If you like a fun sound, I'd suggest getting Microlab Solo 6c's or 7'cs, if you don't mind something a little more clinical I'd say M-Audio AV40's or any other studio monitors...

He means if you want an accurate representation of how the music/sound was recorded (flat) or do you prefer a warm sound or more bass ('fun')?

For near field listening, also more precise sound.

I'm currently using the A5+ speakers which are good medium between fun and precise sound but are also accompanied by a 500$ price tag.

And further down the line you can add the S8 sub to the A2's

I would say good near-field studio monitors are your best bet. I have KRK Rokit 6 monitors in Black on my desk. Great for mixing and all around use. Powered, very clean and nice looking. Come in black or white and will give you a true representation of what is coming out of your sound card.
