Good but not to expensive video editing software?

Just like it says, im looking to spend around 50-70 dollars for some simple to use video editing software, To cut and splice together some clips i have. I also need to be over to mic over the video as there is not audio to half of it. Anybody have anything?

Havnt tried jack bro xD Im up for anything thats easy and can work for posting vids to YT

It's free so won't hurt to try. I'm not into doing video so not sure if it will do everything you want to do.
