Wait... Jim is trained in the martial art of Whoooopaaaahh! He currently owns the world record for the most amount opponents KOed while using Whoooopaaaahh. Jackie Chan being one of them. :)
 
Toxcity is really a Warthog with imbedded lead in his skin that allows him to survive high power Gamma electromagnetic radiation for prolonged periods of time. The only drawback of this is that he can't physically walk anywhere and has to use a re-inforced motorized wheelchair made with titamium.
