What's the deal with these 939 Opty's? Unlocked multi's or what? What makes them like FX's? I may look in to getting one myself if all the fuss is legit

1 meg cache , locked multi , but 2.8ghz at stock volts , better silicon , they just run a bit hot but i guess ur wcooling will negate that aspect. For the price , its a fucking steal . 2 out of 3 are hitting 3 ghz . So u take ur chances

it's an xs member atm, but should be in stores soon if im not mistaken.. most likely the 939 ones will say SOCKET 939 and the 940's will say SOCKET 940 lol..

I got the prices on the 144 (1.8 ghz) and 146 (2.0 ghz)

$160 - 144 boxed and shipped.

$220 - 146 boxed and shipped.

Im placing an order on the 146. Anyone else who wants either , please PM me so we can work out a group order. This is the first batch of procs so should be the cherry picked silicon. 1 meg cache can never hurt. Please do let me know by Saturday which is when Vandi is taking the order.
