frequency or latency?

hi there!! the thing is im going to finally change my old LGA 775 platform for a 1155 one so im considering this 2 rams:

-corsair dominator GT CMT4GX3M2A2000C8: 4gb kit at 2000mhz and 8-9-8-24

-corsair dominator GT CMT4GX3M2A2133C9: 4gb kit at 2133mhz and 9-10-9-27

so my question is.... its the same thing? cuz of course i get more performance adding an extra 133mhz but i do loose it by getting more latency, actually in amazon.com the 2133 kit are 30$ cheaper, yesterday the 2000mhz ones were at 130$ and today i saw them at 147$ and the 2133mhz which i`d never seen them before are at 125$, so yea, i really wanted the 2000mhz kit at 130$ but instead i can buy a 2133mhz kit at 125$ but i have that doubt, i dont know if it will permorm better or worse or if i can put the 2133 kit to work at 2000mhz and 8-9-8-24???

i can only buy things from amazon.com cuz i have the money in my account, i cant afford a more expensive ram cuz i do have the money just counted for the rest of the things

how u probably notice my english is not the best so dont sue me for it XDD

The extra 133Mhz would probably show faster in tests but I believe both kits would be similar in that you could turn the 2000Mhz kit up to 2133 by making the timings higher and do the same with the other kit so I wouldn't be to worried Probably get the cheaper one or I personally would probably get the 2000Mhz kit as 133MHz isn't really that much and I would like the drop in timings more.

The should preform the same. get the cheaper kit.

thanks for the quick response thats what i was thinking. that they should perform almost the same
