I have a FreeNas server that runs Plex. Its been really quite a nice tool but has run into some issues.
I leave the server on 24/7 and every now and again it floods my network. wifi and internet drops. I have to reboot the system to correct the problem.
any idea on the problem would be great.

1155 dual core 2.7ghz - I think
4gb ram - maybe the issue
