Something more serious: I went to the city of Lamia today to pick up my new hipstery(not geeky ffs) glasses, so I went to the optician's and I was told that the lenses should have been there on wednesday but because of the snow the company didn't send them... And car trips make me terribly dizzy. I could be in a car for 15 minutes and feel horrible but I could stay in front a computer screen for 8 hours and be ok... :P
Still, didn't get my glasses I was hyped

Was on my phone browsing the internet, when the thing stopped responding (I have a Motorola Moto G (2014)). So I just pressed down the power- and volume down buttons and I was greeted by the regular 'FastBoot' menu. I just selected Regular Boot and it booted up fine again.

Five minutes later however, I had the same issue, and this time it got stuck in a boot loop.

After some intensive googling I found out I needed to enter recovery mode in the FastBoot menu. So I selected the Recovery option.

It was supposed to show the Android-logo laying on its back, with an exclammation mark. It doesn't do that. No matter what I try, I can't get this damned thing to work again. It's just 2 months old..

I know, but I believe most, if not all of them require the phone to be in Recovery mode

I only have acknowledge about my nexus4 but if that thing is boot looping I can temporary flash a new kernel to outrun the bootloop and then reflash my custom kernel or the whole system, I guess the same thing would work with the Moto G

I found a tutorial on that, but I don't have USB debugging on (I do have Developer Options enabled, just didn't turn on USB Debugging)

Ah thats no good dude :(

Hope my phone doesn't do the same

I'm sure it won't happen :)

Even when it does, most of the times the recovery mode will just do its job. It seems quite rare that the 'android in distress' logo doesn't show up, so I guess it's just plain old bad luck for me

Well, I've opened a thread on xda-developers, and there's one dude that's been trying to help me, he'll provide me with links of the stock firmware and what not, and he'll also tell me how to actually use it, maybe that'll help!

Well the finial part of my life got picked apart today, as the ex came to get the last of her stuff.....didn't even bring my daughter for me an my son to see.

[At least nokia has their recovery software that reflashes everything even on briked phones]

It's -4C outside but the humidity here (I'm living between sea and mountain) makes it feel like -12C... I'm freezing my ass off way faster than the radiator can heat up the room...

My next cpu is prolly going to be a 4770k or a 9590.... I need the heatz

Lol remember reading someones comment on instagram yesterday "Petrol pump asking a million questions, helloo its 12 degrees out here!" 12!!! Thats hot for us England. We're at 1, 2 I think max 8 throughout the day atm. She was probably from LA or something.

Ohno, I think I'm starting to fancy someone... ABORT!

Don't do it man, Not to be sexist here but women are not worth the hassle, It may start out nice but with women nowadays it always ends with you being lied to and cheated on.

I have A LOT of girlyfriends and all of them do this at some point to the guy they go out with.

Stay single and save yourself the heartache dude.

Well aren't you guys optimistic :D

I do agree to a certain extent though. But this isn't going to work anyway cause she lives in Manchester... I knew this from the start but decided to be an idiot anyway... :|

Sorry dude, personally I just got screwed by someone I care about a lot so I am pretty bias at the moment

I'm going off of personal experience and seeing how the girlyfriends I have treat the men they're with like crap, So from everything I know women are just trouble not to mention every bad thing that has ever happened in my life has been because of women, And sadly that's not even an exaggeration.

As you get more experience with women you'll understand dude that it's wiser to keep them at a safe distance.
