I bought my iPod Touch for 2 reasons: listening to music and browsing teh interwebz.
...
My headphone jack just broke and both Safari and Chrome keep crashing every few minutes.

:(

My PSU is going to depart for the other world soon, (I hope not with the rest of my rig) but my father (electrician) won't let me buy a new one until it's completely dead

Thats seriously risky. If a PSU seems like its dying you need to replace it asap. If you arent able/allowed to, kill it yourself. It will be worth it in the end. Take Wraithguard as an example; he kept that OCZ PSU way too long ;)

Previous PSU I had (on the same rig) went into smoke when playing Battlefield Bad Company 2. Didn't stop working, the PC kept running at full speed. :P The tech guys replaced that one(with the cheap ass one I have now) and I was up and running again.

Just because your last experience didnt kill your PC, does not mean that it could be safe this time. If I were you, I wouldnt risk it.

I wouldn't risk it either. But I'm not the one who is to decide that. (the whole meaning of this FML)

Might seem like a scummy thing to do, but if I were in your position, I'd look for a way to break the PSU or at least look for a way to make it seem broken. I dont know it your personal morals are against that or anything, but thats what I would do :D

Done that a couple of times but I'm afraid that some of the family members will do something beyond my control and will fry the whole PC

So I get up this morning and start the day as per usual with copious amounts of coffee, switch on the system to be greeted with "System Event Notification Service service failed to logon, The remote procedure call failed and did not execute" WTF!! after many long winded attempts at logging in failed, I had zero choice but to smash the disc drive out and fresh install AGAIN!!! The only thing I can think of that caused such a PITA, as it was the last thing I did last night and that was installing and uninstalling Skype... so FML today, I really could have done without it.

One of the electric windows on my car was very slow, so I got a replacement motor from ebay for £30, after 2 hours work, turns out it wasn't the motor after all, can't really find the culprit till now :(

FML i made a website 2 weeks ago, that i was going to go back to when gta 5 was released for pc. i came back to it today only to see enormous amount of spam that didnt make any sense. I think its bots, but i have installed capatcha for registrations. all of them have diffrent ip's

Idk how to stop the spam (make new website?) and how to prevent it in future. i have installed capatcha so i doubt its bots

I'm insanely hungry, but it's 0:45 here and everyone is asleep so I can't go downstairs :(

It's a genuine struggle

I know the feeling, uurgghh. The hall outside my room is really squeaky and it wakes everyone up when I'm gaming late at night and I need a mountain dew ;).
